Operational Merchant Control Parameters | State of Texas Jurisdiction

1. Legal Contract Acceptance Baseline

By scheduling tactical training modules, entering DFI Security Inc LLC ("DFI Security") operational perimeters, or utilizing our digital merchant portals, you execute a legally binding contract subject to the conditions detailed herein. If you are acting on behalf of a corporate enterprise, state agency, or specialized security detail, you affirm that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these exact terms.

2. E-Commerce Merchant Disclosures, Cancellations, & Refund Terms

To support high-threat operational logistics, staff placement schedules, and specialized range asset reservations, all transaction actions remain governed by strict cancellation guidelines:

  • Open Registration Reversals: Registration cancellations processed more than 14 business days prior to your assigned training window are eligible for a credit card refund, subject to a 10% administrative transaction processing fee.
  • Late Window Thresholds: Cancellations submitted 14 days or less prior to active training windows are non-refundable. DFI Security will convert the transaction value into an operational service credit voucher, fully transferable toward another program window for up to 12 months from the date of initial purchase.
  • Merchant Cancellation Safeguards: If DFI Security must alter or dissolve a training window due to range conditions, weather hazards, or state deployment requests, alternative calendar assignments or a 100% merchant credit refund will be processed back to the original card structure within 7 business days.

3. Texas Civil Liability Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk

ATTENTION: ADVANCED TACTICAL AND WEAPONS TRAINING ACTIVITIES INVOLVE INHERENT DANGERS.

Pursuant to Texas statutory provisions, clients explicitly acknowledge and assume all risks connected to handling live-fire firearms, navigating active scenario training facilities, and executing high-stress operational exercises. All training parameters are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" framework without warranties of any variety, express or implied.

To the maximum extent allowed under Texas law, DFI Security Inc LLC completely disclaims all liability for incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from real-world range exercises or strategic defense consultation performance.

4. Binding Individual Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

All legal conflicts, transaction disagreements, or structural execution challenges tied directly to DFI Security must be managed through binding individual arbitration in Texas, under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties agree to explicitly waive their constitutional rights to settle disputes inside a state courtroom or before a jury. Furthermore, all actions must proceed purely on an individual basis—you explicitly forfeit any legal standing to initiate, join, or resolve conflicts through any aggregated class-action framework.

5. Venue, Choice of Law, and Severability

These terms, digital transaction sequences, and overall real-world operations are governed strictly by the regulations of the State of Texas, USA, excluding any choice-of-law principles. Any legal challenges, validation tracking, or authorized arbitration processes will take place exclusively within the designated venue boundaries of Texas, USA. If any portion of this document is deemed invalid by a legal arbitrator, that specific section will be separated, leaving all remaining rules active with full legal force.

6. Unilateral Modifications Authority

DFI Security reserves absolute authority to alter, adjust, or adjust sections of these terms without forward notification to maintain compliance with changing state laws or PCI DSS standard revisions. Updated terms become active immediately upon public publication to our digital platforms. Continued interactions with our training schedules or digital interfaces confirms your full legal acceptance of the updated terms.
